Depending on the size of your business there are these methods of support contract.

Monthly visit only - £250 (Monthly)

We set a schedule where by I come and visit your site once a month for 1 full day, and I will answer/resolve all computer questions, check your Server do system updates etc.

Do you always have problems with speed? A monthly visit to clean up your network, remove spyware and speed up your machines, defrag the harddrives, do disk checks, just once a month will increase productivity, and reliability. All problems caught before they happen.

Remote Network Management - £150 (Monthly)

I visit your site once every 3 months, doing a full audit and system check-up. All other work is done remotely, you leave your machines on over night and all system are checked problems resolved.

Total Network Management - £500 (Monthly)

I supply you with a single machine with my own installation and system which plugs into your network, from there I run monitoring software as well as an internal asset management system which watches your network, you can email me or call and I will be able to remote to this machine to provide you with support. Some support will be direct to your Desktop if required.

This system will contain a complete asset register of your network, as you provide the details, and any new installations are added as installed. A complete register of your systems and network, this Data remains on your site.
